"I..." He stuttered. It couldn't hurt. He hesitated, glancing at the door. "I wish... I w-wish... I guess I wish Logan was back from... wherever." He mumbled. Logan had left, and he hadn't been told where to, but he wanted to talk to him. He looked up at the girl. 'Dream'? This was the girl Jean Grey told him to talk to. He didn't want to though. He just wanted to be alone.

Dream smiled. "Look up" she said. Coming through the front door was Logan. He wasn't truly real of course, but he was real enough for now.

Pearl knew it was an illusion, knowing how Dream worked, but she didn't bother to tell Jack that. If it made him happy, even for a moment, it was worth it. "Well, look at that." Pearl smiled to Jack, "Looks like you got your wish."
