Logan thought and then answered. "Maybe Rogue could manage it. She's got enough experience, don't you think? And yeah, that's why I need a car. I'm not sure how Jack would hold up on a bike."

Logan shrugged. "Better off than me, in any case." He walked to the door. "We should probably go check on him. He might need your attention."

Jean smiled. "Logan, what do you think it is...his past...what could have happened to him?"

"No idea." He answered, shrugging. But he had a feeling Jack's trauma might have been caused by the same thing his own was. Maybe someone else had caused Jack to lose his memory. "But we'll find out eventually. I promise." He made up his mind right then and there. "I won't stop until Jack knows his past." He took Jean's hand. He was sure of this. It was like this was his duty. "Promise. But..." He added, "You have to help. You have to make him more open. I can't do it, and if he isn't, we'll never learn anything. Can you?"

"I'm trying Logan, but I don't want to push him. Especially when he doesn't trust me yet. Besides, forcing him to remember could do him more harm than good. Look at what just happened - he had a flash of an image and passed out!"
