Appearance: Door is tiny - about 5'4'', and very athletic. Toned. She has short, razored hair that is usually a deep chestnut, but sometimes has dyed edges of pink, red, or blue. She tends to wear dark, but flattering makeup, and has facinating Hazel eyes - almost like an amber kalidascope. She favors a dark punk look, though it's more on the refinded edge. She has tan, healthy looking skin.

Background History: Door was born in London, England. When she was about eight her parents gave her to a group of rebel mutants who convinced them that they could mentor and help their gifted daughter. The mutants later murdered her parents.
Door's powers started developing early, however until she was about 12 the extent of them was her faculty with opening locked objects. As she matured her ability to open doors, and create them developed. She lived most of her life underneath London, knowing only that she was different and had to stay away from humans. However, being an intelligent, curious, and independant girl, she soon discovered the true nature of the mutants who had raised her, and that they had killed her parents. She ran away, and found Professor Xavier's school. She is completely loyal to the X-Men and, especially due to the fact that her parents were murdered by mutants, is very sympathetic to humans. However, because of her appearance, and history, many students are wary of her.
Personality Traits/Flaws: Intelligent with a temper is a good way to describe her. She's not the best student, but learns fast from the "school of life." She can be rebellious, and strong willed, but is kind and sensitive at heart. She tends to hide behind her slightly scary exterior, and has difficulty trusting people. Secretly she would like to be beautiful (she has no idea that she really is), but would never let anyone know. She can be very competitive.
