Lots of people talk to animals.... Not very many listen, though.... That's the problem.

Dimitri was confused. He knew it wasn't real, and he was scientifically inclined to wonder how it worked, but ignored the thought as he too changed into a bird. He flapped up following Dream just taking in everything as long as he could.

The little bird darted up and down. No one was really sure how Dream's illusion's worked, but one thing they could agree on is NO ONE would think they were just illusions. It's what made her, in some ways, more powerful than Professor X. She enjoyed flying with Tiger.

Dimitri followed Dream and when he came near the falls he came up with a fun idea. He went into a nose dive, just skimming the water on the way down, and just before he hit the water her turned into a beautiful Clown fish as he hit the water.

Dream followed suit, only she turned into a mermaid when she hit the water. She spiraled around gliding in the clear blue waves.

After making his way back to the surface Dimitri transformed back into a Human and treaded water looking around. He looked up and just saw the mist and Rainbow caused by the Falls.

The scene faded around them. They were back in the kitchen. "See why people are always after me?"

Jack still sat at the table, gazing at the other side of the room, which had become a portal to another world. He saw something out of the corner of his eye. Someone passing the dorway in the hall. Curious, Jack stood up and moved to the doorway. The hall was empty. Jack turned around, but the kitchen was gone. He was in a dark, grimy corridor, probably underground. Down the hall stood a tall man in a leather jacket. There was an insignia on the jacket, but Jack couldn't make it out.
The man was coming toward him. Jack stood frozen until the man was a few feat away, then turned and sprinted down the hall. It was too late. A strong hand grabbed his shoulder and he was thrown against the wall. Jack screamed, swinging at the shadow's face with everything he had. Then the strong hand was around his throat, and he was lifted off the ground. He was still screaming, but he couldn't hear anything.

Luke was awake in his room, reading, when he heard someone screaming. He ran out of his room and down to the entrance hall. He froze at the foot of the stairs. Jack was backed against the wall, blue eyes wide open, screaming and lashing out as if he was being attacked by the Devil himself.
Confused and terrified, Luke lunged at jack and grabbed his arms, shaking him. "Jack! Jack wake up!" He flinched as Jack's hands clawed at his face. "Jack, please!"

Jack's eyes shut tight and he slid to the ground. He began sobbing, shaking uncontrollably. The shadow was gone, replaced by Luke. He choked, trying to explain himself, but there was nothing he could say.

Luke knelt in front of Jack. He reached out and grabbed his shoulders. "Jack. Talk to me, what happened?"

The illusion stopped and Dream rushed over to Jack and Luke. "What happened?" asked Dream. Her heart skipped a beat when she saw Luke.

Zombie was to the kitchen having a crazy craving for gummi bears. When she walked int the entrance hall she saw people crowded around someone."Why are so many people awake?" She asked allowed not registering why people would be gathered around something and awake this late.
